Liam McGovern, Shay Murtagh’s Technical Director, launched the latest Bridge Beam Technical Manual Edition 3 with BIM at the Infrarail 2014 Exhibition at Earls Court in London earlier this year.

He comments also on the twenty per cent cost savings being demanded by the UK Government’s Construction Strategy as ‘a big ask’, for which BIM would be the industry’s vehicle for delivery.
