Beresford Road Bridge, situated in Cardiff City Centre was targeted for refurbishment as part of Network Rail’s Upgrade Plan to electrify the South Wales Mainline. This will result in more seats, faster, more reliable journeys for passengers and an economic boost for the area due to improved connectivity.
