ArchLok
ArchLok is a complete Arch Bridge System consisting of precast concrete segments which lock together to form tunnels or bridges.
The ArchLok Arch Bridge System is an innovative design comprised of 2 or more reinforced precast concrete units, each fashioned in the shape of curved segments. These segments are constructed separately and then carefully leaned against each other to form a cohesive arch structure. The arch itself rests on specially cast footings equipped with keyways, upon which the individual segments are meticulously placed. Once the segments are in their correct position, a robust cast crown beam and a grout keyway are added to the seam where the segments meet, providing additional support and ensuring the stability of the entire arch.
